The documents will be published on the council's website on March 17th and consultations will be held across the borough. The Draft Local Plan will include a range of policies and proposals to promote housing and economic growth in Amber Valley, whilst protecting and enhancing the Borough’s environment.
There will be a consultation at the Glebe on 24th March between 2.30pm and 6.30pm when members of the public can ask questions of the planning officers and make their views known. The only site in the plan in Crich Parish is an extension of 80 houses to the Woodside Farm development on the Common, the old slaughterhouse site.
Details of the consultations are on the new Glebe website www.crichglebefieldcentre.org
