10th–16th July. Around twenty Bishops are coming to Derbyshire before the Lambeth Conference and we hope that Bishop Purely Lingdoh and his wife Nancy, from the Diocese of NE India, will becoming to stay in Crich. The Diocese of Derbyshire has a Partnership with the Church of North India and this is an opportunity to deepen our links with them.
Please contact Richard Port (01773 857324) or one of the Clergy if you wish to attend our summer course.

The Trustees would like to thank everyone who signed the petition mentioned in the last issue of CACN. It was presented to the Parish Council on 7 April, and it contained over 250 signatures. This year the charity is being supported again by the Bishop Hall Northfield Trust, so the bibles will be given out as usual in July. It is hoped that the Parish Council will now be able to support the trust in 2009.
